Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are not available unless the item is found to have a manufacturers fault, however we ensure that each item delivered to us has no faults or flaws before posting them.

If you do happen to order the incorrect size by accident, we are happy to exchange the garment for the correct size. Please contact J&O Clothing within TWO days of receipt to discuss the exchange. Tags must still be intact.

All garments must be in brand new and unworn when returned. If there is signs of wear found, an exchange is not available as per health regulations. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Payment

At the moment all payments are done through PayPal and card through Stripe which are both Buyer Protected. J&O Clothing are in the works of becoming a member of “Verified by Visa” to ensure additional security.

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Delivery & Postage

Please allow 3-5 working days until you receive your item, if there are any issues or delays please let us know.

Postage is £3.99 standard rate by Royal Mail.

Currently, we only deliver within the UK however we are looking into expanding this very soon….
